| With 150km of slopes between 1430 and 2600 metres high with excellent conditions and 70% of the ski area is located above 2000m high, with a 1170m difference in altitudes, there is fantastic skiing for all standards throughout the season which extends from December 21nd 2007 until April 25th 2008. The Galabier-Thabor ski area is fitted with 34 ski-lifts and 84 slopes of every ability with a capacity of more than 41 000 skiers/hour. |

Beginner There are some nursey slopes near the village however more can be found up the mountain on Staz and Crey du Quart. |

| Intermediate The Valloire and Valmenier area is best suited to intermediate skiers as more that 50% of runs are of an intermediate level. |

| Advanced Experts will enjoy the mogul field down into Valmenier 1500 which offers steep challenging bumps, as well as the other black tree-lined runs. |
